MAHARASHTRA COSMOPOLITAN EDUCATION SOCIETY, PUNE.

The Maharashtra Cosmopolitan Education (M.C.E.) Society, Pune is
established in 1948. It is an educational society registered under the
Society’s Registration Act of 1860 and also a Public Trust registered under
the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. It is also registered under section 12(a)
of Income Tax Act 1961 and is exempted u/s 80G of the said Act by the
Income Tax Commissioner, Pune. The Maharashtra Cosmopolitan
Education Society which runs M. A. Rangoonwala College of Dental
Sciences & Research Centre, Pune, is both a religious & linguistic
minority educational institution under the meaning of Article 30(1)
of the Constitution of India.
The M.C.E. Society is one of the oldest educational organizations of Pune
& has done pioneering work in the field of education for the socially
& economically backward sections of the society.

In pursuance with the aims & objectives the society has set up 21
educational institutions right from Pre-primary to Graduate & Post
Graduate levels in the field of Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer Science,
Law, Education, Pharmacy, Management Sciences, Architecture,
Engineering & Dental Sciences.
